Please select the game and delivery format desired (digital unlock and/or boxed DVD shipped to you). You will be directed to a PayPal secure
server, where you can pay by credit card, debit card, phone, or use your PayPal account. After payment, the game unlock code and a receipt
will be emailed to you. If you select the "return to seller website" option from the PayPal confirmation screen, your unlock code
will be also shown immediately.
Please note that while you can digitally unlock the game from anywhere, due to circumstances beyond our control, we can ship the boxed DVDs
only to US/Canada street addresses.
Important Notice
If you downloaded the game from one of our distribution partner portals (such as Yahoo Games, Direct2Drive, or Stardock) you must use their payment
and activation process. Payments made here will unlock only games downloaded from our web site and from public portals such as FilePlanet or FileRadar.
How can you tell if your game unlocks from here? Simple - when the free play expires, a pop-up window will ask you to enter the "magic word" (unlock code)

Payment and Unlocking FAQ
- You are purchasing an unlock code which removes the play time limits from your game.
- The free download is the full game - you do not need to download and reinstall anything extra when unlocking.
- You do not need a PayPal account to make the purchase, but you do need a valid email address to get your code.
- We just use PayPal as a more secure payment processor relative to smaller in-house solutions.
- Each unlock code is unique, and must match the payment email to unlock the game.
- The email address should not contain special characters (such as õ or Æ). If yours does, please contact us for help.
- Unlock data (code and email) are not case-sensitive.
- You may install and unlock the game on multiple computers you own.
- You may not share the unlocked game, or your unlocking data with others.
- Payments are made to the name of Western Star Entertainment LLC and show on your card invoice as PAYPAL:WESTERNSTAR.
- Please note that we cannot refund your payment if you decide later that you are not happy with the game.
- Did not get the unlock email? Please check your spam folder. Unfortunately, it sometimes ends up there.
- Still no unlock email? There may be processing delays for payment by eCheck or in some currencies.
- Please contact us if you do not receive your email within 5 minutes of payment.
Boxed Set Purchases FAQ
- We cannot ship to addresses outside of US and Canada. Sorry!
- Delivery and billing addresses must match.
- We normally ship on the next business day after your payment is processed.
- Every shipment has a tracking number, available upon request.
